First Mortgages

Our loans are registered as mortgages on Australian real estate. A first mortgage is the first loan over the property and has priority over any other claims in respect of the property.

  • Registered as the first mortgagee on the property
  • Returns from at least 7% per annum
  • Interest paid monthly in advance
  • Minimum Investments of $100,000
  • Provide funds up to 66% of the value of the property (LVR)
  • Fund whole loans or part loans alongside other Australian investors
  • Subject to an independent valuation

Second Mortgages

Our loans are registered as mortgages on Australian real estate. A second mortgage is the second loan that has been issued over the property and gets second priority after the first mortgage.

  • Registered as the second mortgagee on the property.
  • Returns from 16% per annum
  • Interest paid monthly in advance
  • Minimum Investments of $50,000
  • Provide funds up to 75% of the value of the property (LVR).
  • Subject to an independent valuation

Construction Loans

This is a first mortgage loan where funds are advanced progressively to finance a construction project. The progressive advances are paid directly to the builder to ensure construction reaches completion. The Construction Loan is also registered as a mortgage on the property.

  • Registered as the first mortgagee on the property
  • Invest in the construction of new town houses, apartments, and commercial properties
  • Interest from 10% per annum
  • Interest paid monthly in advance
  • Minimum Investments of $100,000
  • Provide funds up to 66% of the value of the property
  • Funds are held safely in the Solicitor's Trust Account and advances made progressively until building works for each stage have been completed

  • Subject to an independent valuation and periodical inspections during construction
